Session 2.1 - Business & Process

Moderator: Prof. Luisa Mich, University of Trento, Italy

Session Abstract

The first paper reports on an empirical study of the effectiveness of the use of multi-touch devices as collaboration aids in sessions of co-located collaborative enterprise modeling. The second paper serves as an introduction to U.S. and European patent laws, with a focus on whether one’s own software or algorithmic invention is patentable. The third paper describes a case study of one software development project to determine the impact of the project’s retrospective practice on its development of a large-scale system.
