The panel will discuss the
continuation of Software Engineering (SE) learning required by
industry. Since the SE profession, i.e., technologies, methodologies,
job profiles, etc., changes so frequently, there is an urgent need to
continue the SE education of software engineers long after they finish
their formal academic education
